Mercato: Israeli club wants Jules Armand Kooh

According to information received by Lattaquant.com, Hapoel Nof HaGalil FC, a club in Israel’s second division, has made an offer to the Cameroon striker. It would appear that a two-season contract with numerous bonuses has been offered to the Indomitable Lion to convince him to join the club.
