Qualifying for the 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco will begin in September 2024, with only 23 teams qualifying for the final phase. These nations will join Morocco, which has already qualified as the host country.

The teams vying for a place at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco include Côte d’Ivoire, current holders of the title. Marc Brys’ Indomitable Lions will also have to qualify for the finals.

Côte d’Ivoire, holder of the trophy, Cameroon, Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Morocco (as host country), Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
