2026 World Cup qualifiers: The Indomitable Lions received by Minsep this 12 June

The Indomitable Lions and their technical staff were received at the Ministry of Sport and Physical Education by Professor Mouelle Kombi on Wednesday 12 June.

Professor Narcisse Mouelle Kombi received the Indomitable Lions and their technical staff on Wednesday 12 June at the Ministry of Sport and Physical Education. The reception comes on the heels of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

The head of MINSEP had a fruitful exchange with the players and technical staff, focusing on the results of days 3 and 4 of the World Cup qualifying campaign. Vincent Aboubakar, captain of the Indomitable Lions, and Michael Ngadeu were also invited to the meeting at MINSEP.

The minister began by congratulating the technical staff and Marc Brys’ protégés on the quality of their work. He also invited the Indomitable Lions captain to pass on the government’s message of congratulations to his team-mates for their fine performance.
