Guibaï Gatama: “4 points in two games. Let him work now”.

Guibaï Gatama, a former member of the Cameroon Football Association’s executive committee, is pleased with Marc Brys’ performance over the two matches.

According to Guibaï Gatama, a former member of the Cameroon Football Federation’s executive committee, Marc Brys achieved a very good result in the two matches that counted for days 3 and 4 of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

“4 points in two games. Now we’ll let him work in the conditions in which he works. There is hope and potential in this Indomitable Lions team,” said Guibaï Gatama.

Marc Brys and his colts first took 03 points against Cabo Verde in Yaoundé before flying to Luanda on Sunday, where they were held to a 1-1 draw after Bryan Mbeumo opened the score in the first half.

Cameroon are now in first place in Group D with 08 points, ahead of Cabo Verde and Libya, who both have 07 points, followed by Angola with 06 points.
