The Cameroon Cup continues with surprises. The clubs people least expected to maqke it to the round of 16 are gradually affirming their position as the competition unfolds. Rizière FC du noun faced Dragon FC in the Round of 32 encounters of the Cameroon Cup.

The match, originally scheduled for May 19, was finally played on Wednesday May 22 2024 due to an administrative problem with stadium management.

Rizière FC du noun easily defeated their opponents Dragon FC de Yaoundé by a score of  4-1 directly booking their place in the 16 finals.

The regional league club extends the list of amateur clubs qualified for the rest of the competition.
